Support

Syntonia Center

Consultative support for individuals, families and organisations in a warm, non-clinical setting. Here you can see which practitioners of the community work with what, and send a request for an appointment.

This is not an emergency service.
If you need help right now or there is a threat to life, call 103 or 112, or use the free round-the-clock lines on our crisis help page. A request sent through this page is not a request for urgent care.

Practitioners

The list of practitioners is still being assembled. We do not publish profiles before verifying qualifications and supervision, so this is empty rather than «coming soon». If you need help now, write to hello@wearesyntonia.com and we will point you somewhere.

How it works

1. You send a request

Choose a practitioner and describe briefly what you would like to work on. There is no need to give detailed health information in the form — that is for the consultation itself.

2. The practitioner replies

We pass on your request and the practitioner contacts you directly to agree the time, format and fee.

3. The contract is with them

Consultations are provided by the practitioner as an independent professional, under their own contract with you. The Organisation acts as a platform and is not a party to that contract.

We do not publish profiles before verifying qualifications and supervision. That is why this is empty rather than «coming soon».

Who we list

Relevant education

Verified education in mental health and completed or ongoing training within their approach.

Regular supervision

Practice under supervision — as a permanent part of the work, not a one-off formality.

Affirmative stance

Neurodivergence and LGBTQ+ identities are not treated as disorders. This is a condition of participation, not a preference.

Are you a practitioner who wants to join?

Write to hello@wearesyntonia.com and we will explain the conditions and what is needed for verification. The community's general principles are on the about page.

What we do not do

The Organisation does not provide medical or psychiatric services and does not receive payment for practitioners' consultations. Activities requiring a licence are carried out only after one has been obtained — see the Terms of use.
