Who provides the services

NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATION «GRADIENT CENTER» (short name NGO «GRADIENT»), registration code EDRPOU 46389902, a non-profit organisation. «Syntonia» is a programme of the Organisation, not a separate legal entity. Registration data is published on the transparency page.

What is being sold

• Participation in an event — a place at a lecture, discussion or meeting on the stated date and time, in the stated format.
• Participation in a course — a place in a cohort for the full duration of the programme.
• A recording — access to a video recording of an event or course for personal viewing.

These services are informational and educational. They are not medical or psychiatric care, do not establish diagnoses and do not replace therapy.

Price and payment

The price is stated on the event or course page in Ukrainian hryvnia and is final. Payment is made by card through the WayForPay payment service. The Organisation neither receives nor stores your card details — they are processed by the payment service.

The contract is considered concluded when the funds are received.

How you receive the service

The link to the event or access to the recording is sent to the email address given at checkout — no later than 24 hours before the event begins, and for recordings within one working day of payment. If no message arrives, write to hello@wearesyntonia.com and we will resend access.

Access to a purchased recording does not expire, except where the item description states otherwise.

Refunds

• An event or course that has not yet taken place: a full refund if you notify us at least 48 hours before the start. Later than that — by agreement, taking into account costs already incurred.
• Cancellation by us: a full refund regardless of timing; alternatively, at your request, participation can be moved to another date.
• Recordings: because access is granted immediately, recordings are non-refundable, except where access was not technically delivered and we could not fix it.
• If the service does not match its description: write to us within 14 days — we will look into it and refund you if the complaint is justified.

Requests go to hello@wearesyntonia.com. We review them within 10 working days and refund by the same method the payment was made.

Rules of participation

A place at an event or in a cohort is personal: access may not be transferred to third parties. Recordings are for personal viewing; distributing, publishing or reselling them is prohibited.

We may refuse participation or withdraw access without a refund if a participant breaches the community rules — in particular by disclosing clinical cases, devaluing other participants or redistributing materials.

Personal data

Your name and email are needed to grant access and to contact you about the event. Processing is described in the Privacy policy. Payment data is processed by WayForPay under its own terms.

Liability and applicable law

The Organisation is not responsible for decisions you make on the basis of the information received. This offer is governed by the law of Ukraine. Disputes not settled by correspondence are considered in the manner established by the applicable legislation of Ukraine at the location of the Organisation.

We may update this offer. Services already paid for are governed by the version in force at the time of payment; the current version is always published on this page.
