Educational programmes for psychologists, psychotherapists and adjacent professionals — HR specialists, teachers, coaches and social workers. You can enrol in a live cohort, and some courses are available as recordings.
Groups are limited in size so that every participant has time to bring their own material, not just listen to someone else's.
How the learning works
Cohort with supervision
Groups are limited in size so that every participant has time to bring their own material. Cases are discussed anonymised, with supervision by an experienced practitioner.
Recorded course
Theory modules can be taken at your own pace. Access is sent to your email after payment and does not expire.
Certificate
Participants receive a certificate of completion. It is not a state-issued document and requires no licensing — as stated in the Organisation's Statute, clause 3.2.7.

Practitioners
Those already working with clients who want regular supervision and cross-modal exchange rather than another certificate for the folder.
Those starting out
Students on relevant programmes and people who have just begun practising. We aim to keep the price accessible for this group in particular.
Adjacent professions
HR specialists, teachers, coaches and social workers — people who work with others every day without being psychotherapists.
Payment, access and refunds
Card payment via WayForPay; the recipient is NGO «GRADIENT». Access to materials is sent to the email given at checkout. The refund procedure is set out in the public offer.
