About the platform
«Syntonia» is a programme of NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATION «GRADIENT CENTER» (NGO «GRADIENT», EDRPOU 46389902), bringing together mental health professionals around exchange of experience and learning.
At present the site provides educational material, a journal and information about events. The site also lets you register for an event, pay for participation in an event or course and buy their recording — the terms of such sales are set out in the public offer. Consultations are arranged through the Center section: practitioners work as independent professionals under their own contracts with the client, and the Organisation acts as a platform and is not a party to such contracts. The Organisation does not provide medical or psychiatric services: activities requiring a licence are carried out only after one has been obtained.
Not an emergency service
The platform does not provide urgent psychiatric or medical care. If you or someone near you is in crisis, seek help immediately — see the crisis help page or the emergency services.
Community
Within the community space it is prohibited to share client-identifying data or any content that breaches ethical standards. We moderate the space and may remove posts.
Data
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy. The site uses browser local storage to save your display preferences.
Payment
The terms of sale for events and courses, access to recordings and refunds are set out separately in the public offer. Payment is made by card via WayForPay; the recipient is NGO «GRADIENT».

Complaints and applicable law
If you believe material on the site is inaccurate, outdated or infringes your rights, write to hello@wearesyntonia.com. We review such requests within 30 calendar days and reply to the address the request came from.
Personal data matters are covered separately in the Privacy policy, including rights of access, rectification and erasure.
These Terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. Disputes that cannot be resolved by correspondence are considered in the manner established by the applicable legislation of Ukraine at the location of NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATION «GRADIENT CENTER».
We may update these Terms, in particular as new sections of the site appear. The current version is always published on this page, and the date it takes effect is shown at the top.
